4 Ever Young Health and Fitness Studio is a women’s only, specialist, NON/LOW IMPACT fitness studio offering you HIGHLY EFFECTIVE and FUN exercise programs to help you attain your fitness goals.

Rebounding: to meet all your cardiovascular needs.

Yoga: creating a connection between the mind and body.

What Makes Us Different?

Each one of our programs have unique health benefits and are specially designed with the client in mind.

All of our programs ensure the safety of your joints and back.
And are designed for maximum effectiveness in the shortest possible time.

Classes are small and well supervised, catering for no more than 12 to 15 clients per session.
Because we specialize in small group sessions the instructor is able to identify a client’s individual fitness levels and adapt their routine to challenge the client so that the body does not eventually “plateau”.
Our instructors are competent enough that if a client is unable to perform a certain exercise- because of either an injury or limitation- the instructor will either make an adjustment to the exercise or offer an alternate exercise that works the same muscle.
Our highly qualified and experienced trainers prepare the programs to ensure variety and combat boredom.
For clients who have “special needs”, one-on-one private sessions can be arranged by appointment.

How Our Programs Work

All three of our programs complement each other ensuring that you- the client- receive a well rounded fitness program, without injury while experiencing optimum health and wellness.

Callanetics will give you cm loss, firm, tone and sculpt your body. You will build strong, lean muscles and there will be a drastic improvement in your posture. The result is a longer leaner and more youthful looking body.
Rebounding works to complement this with a highly effective cardiovascular workout to burn overall fat.
And yoga encompasses both these programs and introduces that crucial mind-body connection.
All of this in a relaxed women only environment!!!

What Makes Our Instructors Special?

Sara, Megan and Liz have been working together for many years and have a keen understanding and appreciation of the different forms of exercise and of each other. They often attend each others classes and draw on each others knowledge and experience to make themselves better in an individual capacity as well as a team.
But most of all all three instructors have a passion and commitment to provide each of their clients the best possible workout at each and every session.
All our instructors have their first aid certification which is renewed every two years.

They continually attend workshops, short courses and the Vitality Health and Wellness Convention to keep themselves on the cutting edge of the fitness industry.
