How to Join

At 4Everyoung Fitness we are driven to offer you the best programme that is in alignment with your fitness goals. Each week a different programme is designed to ensure that you get a full body workout and all muscles and muscle groups are activated. Sara can be contacted on , she will advise on a programme to suit your needs and outcome.

There are different packages available to choose from:

Bronze – 1x per week R480/month

Silver – 2x per week R720/month

Gold – 3x per week R850/month

Platinum – 4x per week (this package includes a gift from us that allows you to attend an unlimited amount of class sessions during the week – it is not limited to 4) R900/month

Drop-in Classes – non commitment session (a booking must be made with Sara) R150/session
