WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT
All of our programs are designed not only to give you weight loss and a firm, toned body but each one of our programs have unique health benefits.
All of our programs are “Non impact” ensuring the safety of your joints and back.
Since none of us have hours to spend at the gym all of our programs are designed for maximum effectiveness in the shortest possible time.
Classes are small and well supervised, catering for no more than 12 to 15 clients per session.
Because we specialize in small group sessions the instructor is able to identify a client’s individual fitness levels and adapt their routine to challenge the client so that the body does not eventually “plateau”.
Our instructors are competent enough that if a client is unable to perform a certain exercise because of either an injury or limitation the instructor will either make an adjustment to the exercise or offer an alternate exercise that works the same muscle.
Highly qualified and experienced trainers prepare programs ensuring variety and combating boredom.
For clients who have “special needs”one on one private sessions can be arranged by appointment.

WHO OUR INSTRUCTORS ARE
Sara, Megan and Elane have been working together since 2009 and have an understanding and appreciation of the different forms of exercise and of each other.They often attend each others classes and draw on each others knowledge and experience to make themselves better in an individual capacity as well as a team.
But most of all all three instructor have a passion and commitment to provide each of their clients the best possible workout at each and every session.
All our instructors have their first aid certification which is renewed every two years.
All our trainers continually attend workshops, short courses and the Vitality Health and Wellness Convention to keep themselves on the cutting edge of the fitness industry.
