Where It Started

4 Ever Young Callanetics studio was established in 2006 by Sara Ismail who is a both a Senior Callanetics and Rebound instructor. Before long the clientele grew and there was need for expansion and a need to include a cardiovascular exercise that would complement Callanetics, which is a very effective NON IMPACT strength exercise.

In 2009, 4 Ever Young Health and Fitness studio moved to bigger premises and now offered Callanetics, LOW IMPACT aerobics, step and body conditioning classes.

In that same year Sara started teaching a mid morning seniors class catering for the elderly and clients with injuries, knee replacements, back problems and various health conditions.

In 2010 after attending various hot yoga sessions and realizing that this form of exercise would fit into 4 Ever Young’s ethos of “minimum impact maximum effectiveness”. Hot Yoga was added onto the various forms of exercise offered at 4 Ever Young Studios.

In 2011 after being introduced to Rebounding at the Discovery Vitality Health and Fitness Convention, Sara realized that this brilliant form of exercise was the ultimate cardiovascular workout. It was Non Impact, fun and very effective.

In November 2011 Sara and her instructors took their rebounding exam and received their certification in Rebounding.

In 2012 all the other cardiovascular exercises were replaced with rebounding.

In that same year Sara started teaching Callanetics and Rebounding in Eldoraigne in Centurion. The classes were so successful that in April of this year 4 Ever Young studios decided to open the second studio in Centurion.
