Barre Workouts

Callan Pinckney, the creator of Callanetics, was a former ballerina. Hence many of the Callanetics stretches are performed at the barre.

Barre workouts help to strengthen and tone muscles and improve posture. It also increases cardiovascular endurance and metabolism. This in turn increases daily caloric burn.

At 4Everyoung Fitness Studio Barre workouts are incorporated into the Callanetics sessions.

Callanetics sessions are held on a Tuesday and Thursday. And is included in the Wednesday No Music Combination Class.
