Our Low Impact High Intensity Cardiovascular Sessions are varied. At 4Everyoung Fitness Studio we offer 4 Cardio sessions per week. Zumba is usually on a Monday and Rebounding on a Friday. Occasionally we amend this to include other types of cardio. On a Tuesday and Wednesday is the mixed cardio programme which alternates between the different cardio forms like Step, pound, stability ball cardio and box fitness.
