Step Class

A Step Class is an aerobic fitness class distinctive from other aerobic exercises, by using a step platform. Step is a form of cardiovascular workout, elevating your heart rate, shaping and toning muscles, helping to improve coordination , balance and stamina. we offer Cardio sessions on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
